Whilst it feels like it was only summer a number of days ago, we're now well into December and on the run-up to Christmas!
Before getting to our availability over this period, we want to wish all of our customers a very happy Christmas and New Year - we hope you have a lovely break planned with your families and friends and you have your feet up!
Speaking of putting feet up, this year - for once - we intend to do the same. For those that have been with us for the entirety of 2023 and follow us on Instagram, you'll know that it's been a testing year for a multitude of reasons! And as such we're in need of recharging our batteries.
So what's our plan...
Our last official day in the studio this year will be Friday 15th December and our first official day back will be Tuesday 2nd January. But when we say "closed", we never mean completely "closed".
During this period we won't be completing any proofing, production or printing but you can still email us with any questions (or use the Live Chat function on the website). We won't leave you hanging, as Christmas is a great time to sit down for some chilled out wedmin!
You can also place orders with confidence, as materials will be ordered so that they're with us on-site for when we get back, and proofing request emails will be sent so you can work on your wording and details over the break. We'll then get to work on proofing as soon as we're back in.
The next few days...
We received a huge number of wedding orders at the end of November and we're working extremely hard to turn as many of these orders around as we can before the studio closes and pulling some late nights to make sure this is possible.
Last call for Christmas...
Stock allowing, we will still be printing and dispatching Christmas items (cards, stickers, tags) up until Friday 15th. Last call for Christmas orders will be Wednesday 13th to make sure we've got the time to turn the personalisation and printing around ready for shipping.
Onward to 2024...
2023 has proven to be rewarding but extremely challenging - as it has been for so many - and we're very much looking forward to turning the page to 2024. Our plans for 2024 may well not be as outlandish as this year (new premises, loads of new machinery) but we do have some very exciting developments that we're working on and hope to be ready to launch early next year. Watch this space!
We're also booking up our wedding show schedule and have a packed Spring already, with more events to come later in the year.
